How do we start the enrollment process?

Is there an enrollment fee?
Yes, a non-refundable enrollment fee is required to secure your student's spot, which covers administrative setup and initial resource allocation.
What if the program is currently full?
If a specific cohort is full, we maintain a waiting list. Families on the list are notified immediately when a spot becomes available based on application date.
Projects & Assignments
How are projects managed?
Projects are integrated into our core curriculum, allowing students to apply academic concepts to real-world scenarios. We provide clear guidelines and milestones for both school and home-based work.
What are the assignment expectations?
Assignments are designed to be manageable within a hybrid schedule. They focus on quality over quantity, encouraging deep exploration of topics rather than rote memorization.
Is there homework on home days?
Home days are for extending classroom learning. Students work on their personalized projects and specific tasks outlined in their learning plans, supported by parents as learning coaches.
How do you assess student progress?
We use a combination of project portfolios, narrative assessments, and regular reviews with parents to track both academic mastery and the development of critical life skills.
Hybrid Learning & Family Lifestyle
How does hybrid learning affect our daily routine?
The hybrid model offers a rhythm of three structured classroom days and two flexible home days. This allows families to integrate learning into their natural lifestyle, whether that's pursuing hobbies, travel, or dedicated family projects.
Is there a set home schedule?
While we provide project outlines for home days, families have the freedom to decide when and where work happens, ensuring total flexibility for your lifestyle.
Do parents need to be teachers?
No. You act as a guide and supporter. Our educators handle the core curriculum delivery and assessment, leaving you to enjoy the bonding experience of hands-on projects.
What community support is available for families?
We host regular family meetups, parent education nights, and weekend community service events. Our aim is to build a network of like-minded families who support each other in the hybrid homeschooling journey.
